2. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data we collect through the Website and through direct enquiries (such as our contact / brief form, email, or phone).

It does not cover personal data we process on behalf of our clients when we deliver our software platforms and services (for example, athlete, official, or participant data inside an event-management, scoring, athlete-performance, federation, or facility-booking system). 3.3 Information we do not seek

Please do not send us sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, health, financial, or biometric data) through the Website unless we specifically request it for a defined purpose. The Website is not intended for the collection of such data.

4. How we use your information

We use personal data for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your enquiry or brief and to discuss a potential engagement.
  • To provide, operate, and improve the Website and our services.
  • To communicate with you about your request, our work, or (where you have consented) our updates and offerings.

We process your personal data on one or more of the following bases under the DPDP Act and applicable law:

  • Your consent — for example, when you submit a brief, subscribe to updates, or accept non-essential cookies.
  • Performance of, or steps towards, a contract with you or your organisation.
  • Certain legitimate uses permitted under the DPDP Act, and compliance with legal obligations.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time (see Section 9). Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Website, remember preferences, measure performance, and understand usage. You can control cookies through our consent banner and your browser settings. For details, see our [Cookie Notice](03-cookie-notice.md).

7. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only as follows:

  • Service providers / processors who support our Website and operations (for example, hosting/CDN, analytics, email, and form-handling providers), under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
  • Professional advisers (such as legal, accounting, or audit) where necessary.
  • Legal and regulatory disclosures, where required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property and those of others.
  • Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.

8. Data storage, transfers, and retention

  • Storage and security. We host and store data using reputable providers and apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it (see Section 10).
  • Cross-border transfers. Where data is processed or stored outside India, we do so in accordance with the DPDP Act and any restrictions notified by the Government of India.
  • Retention. We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to maintain business records, and to meet legal, tax, and regulatory requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

  • Access a summary of the personal data we process about you and the processing activities.
  • Correction, completion, updating, and erasure of your personal data.
  • Grievance redressal from us (see Section 12).
  • Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
