Unified Athlete Repository
One verified identity for every athlete. This is the base the whole system stands on.

The problem
Without one verified record, every new system slowly turns back into manual data cleaning. States have tens of thousands of athlete entries spread across district spreadsheets, with duplicate names and fake entries, and no reliable way to check who is real before money, selection, or certificates are given out.
What it does
This system gives one identity number to every athlete, coach, and official in the state. It checks their identity using Aadhaar, asks for their consent clearly, and gives each person the right kind of login. Every other part of the system then uses this same verified record.
